Thank you for choosing WOVE•PAW ATELIER. Because each of our sterling silver keepsakes is individually hand-sculpted, cast, and meticulously refined, all custom orders are processed under a Made-to-Order / Reserve Production model.

Please review our extended production timeline and shipping policies below before reserving your custom piece.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or make a purchase of our custom pet jewelry and keepsakes.

1.Production Timeline & Workflow (Est. 30–40 Days)

To maintain exceptional craftsmanship, we limit the number of active custom creations each month. Each piece goes through a 4-step artisan process:

Step 1: Order Queue & Photo Validation (10–15 Business Days)

Your order is placed into our master artisan queue. Our design team reviews and validates your uploaded pet photos to ensure optimal 3D sculpting feasibility.

Step 2: 3D Modeling & Digital Rendering (5–7 Business Days)

Our sculptors create a detailed 3D digital model of your pet. You will receive a digital render preview via email for confirmation.

Step 3: Hand-Casting & Artisan Sculpting (10–12 Business Days)

Once approved, your piece enters our studio for 925 sterling silver casting, hand-carving, polishing, and detailing.

Step 4: Quality Inspection & Packaging (2–3 Business Days)

Every completed piece undergoes rigorous quality control and is packaged in our signature keepsake box.

2.Pre-Order & Welcome Kit Dispatch

To ensure you stay connected with your order throughout the 40-day crafting journey:

Pre-Order Confirmation Kit: Within 3–5 business days of placing your order, we will dispatch an initial Welcome & Order Confirmation Kit (containing your personalized order card and care kit). You will receive a tracking link for this package to track your initial reservation status.

Final Product Delivery: Once your custom silver piece is completed (Step 4), it will be dispatched via tracked shipping, and a second tracking link will be updated to your order profile.

3.Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Shipping time starts after your custom piece has completed production and passed final inspection:

Standard Shipping (US & Worldwide): 8–15 business days (FREE on orders over $79).

Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business days (Flat rate calculation at checkout, express fees apply).

4.Cancellations & Modifications

Because custom creations involve immediate CAD setup and photo processing:

Within 24 Hours: Free cancellation or order modifications (such as updating photos or names) within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 Hours (In-Queue / CAD Design Phase): Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 30% CAD design and material allocation fee, as artisan resources have already been assigned to your order.

After 3D Approval: Once you approve the 3D render and physical casting begins, the order cannot be canceled.

5.Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the highly personalized and hand-crafted nature of custom-made pet jewelry, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect customer-provided details.

No Returns / All Sales Final: Because every piece is uniquely sculpted and made to order based on your pet, items cannot be restocked, resold, or returned once production begins.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your custom piece arrives damaged, broken, or with a clear craftsmanship defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and videos. We will gladly recreate and reship a brand-new replacement piece free of charge.
