A: Within 3–5 business days of placing your order, we will send you an initial Welcome & Order Confirmation Kit with a tracking number so you can track your reservation status. Once your custom piece completes physical crafting (Step 4), a second tracking link for your final jewelry piece will be sent to your email.

A: All items are hand-crafted and dispatched directly from our Jingdezhen studio studio. Standard worldwide shipping typically takes 8–15 business days once dispatched. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) takes 3–7 business days.

Store it in a dry, sealed jewelry pouch when not in use.

Gently polish it using the silver polishing cloth included in your package if natural oxidation occurs.

A: You can freely cancel or update photo/engraving details within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, our designers begin CAD modeling, and cancellations will incur a 30% material and labor allocation fee.

A: Because each piece is custom-sculpted to your specific pet’s likeness, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. However, if your piece arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days with photos/videos for a free replacement.
