STEP 1: Upload Your Favorite Photos
Clear details make perfect masterworks.
When placing your order on the product page, simply upload photos of your pet. To help our sculptors capture their true expression and exact features, please provide clear front-view and side-profile photos taken in natural light.
STEP 2: 3D Digital Preview Approval
Review and approve your design before casting.
Within 10–15 days, our digital sculptors craft a precise 3D CAD model and send a HD digital render preview to your email. We offer free design adjustments until you are completely satisfied with the 3D model.
STEP 3: 925 Silver Casting & Hand Sculpting
Traditional master craftsmanship meets pure silver.
After design approval, your piece is cast in solid 925 sterling silver. Our master artisans meticulously hand-carve fine details, polish the contours, and bring warmth and soul to your custom jewelry (approx. 15–20 days).
STEP 4: Quality Check & Gift Delivery
Beautifully packaged and shipped safely to your home.
Every completed piece undergoes rigorous quality inspection before leaving our studio. Packaged in our signature gift box, it is dispatched via tracked international airmail with live tracking updates sent straight to your inbox.
