1.General Conditions & Business Scope

WOVE•PAW ATELIER provides handcrafted, custom-made 925 sterling silver jewelry and keepsakes based on customer-submitted pet media.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2.Custom Orders & Timeline Acknowledgement

Made-to-Order Process: By placing an order, you acknowledge that our products are custom-crafted through a multi-step process (including order queue, 3D modeling, rendering, and hand-sculpting).

Estimated Production Time: Custom production typically takes 30–40 days before final dispatch. Estimated delivery dates are non-binding targets and may vary due to custom complexity or design revisions.

3.Customer Photo & Submission Requirements

Image Quality: You are responsible for providing clear, high-resolution photos of your pet. Submitting blurry or low-quality photos may affect the accuracy of the 3D sculpture and delay production.

Intellectual Property Rights: By uploading photos or media, you warrant that you own the rights to the images or have authorization to use them. You grant WOVE•PAW ATELIER a non-exclusive license to use the submitted media solely for creating your custom piece and associated renders.

4.Pricing, Payment & Order Modifications

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD (or local equivalent) and are subject to change without notice.

Order Modifications: Changes to your order (such as updated photos or engraving text) or cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, custom CAD/sculpting work begins, and a 30% material/labor allocation fee applies to any cancellation.

5.Returns, Replacements & All Sales Final

All Sales Final: As detailed in our Shipping & Return Policy, all custom-made jewelry sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect customer-provided details.

Replacements: We will replace any item that arrives damaged or with verified manufacturing defects if reported within 7 days of delivery with video/photo evidence.

6.Limitation of Liability

WOVE•PAW ATELIER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, website delays, or customs clearance delays during international transit.
